"I’m 62 and I’ve been dealing with significant respiratory issues for over 8 years now. I have had a lot of exposure to doctors and specialists and hospitals, etc. on a very regular basis. "I started seeing Kristen Frey about five years ago for my ear cleaning needs. I have hearing loss in my left ear and it is prone to infection. In fact, my left was starting to get an infection the first appointment I had with Kristen. Kristen got my ear infection cleared up, and I have not had any infections since. She takes the time to do a thorough cleaning of both ears and gives medical advice as to keeping ears healthy. I see her about every three months for ear cleaning.
